The CEO of a data analytics and storage company Frank Slootman, has taken a strong liking towards the implementation of AI (Artificial Intelligence) in search engines. He has claimed that very soon there is going to be a world where the world wouldn’t be able to function normally without depending on AI for it.
He commented:
I’ve lived long enough that I remember what the world was like before search … search changed everything. People will not be able to remember a world before AI pretty soon because it becomes so integral to their life experience.
He has also added to the fact that artificial intelligence’s tech goes even beyond. He claimed that the hype surrounding AI does not necessarily mean much for the data companies.
We’re either at or near the top of the hype cycle, there seems to be only two letters left in the alphabet these days.,
Slootman said pertaining to Artificial Intelligence.
Frank also gave his comment on how we all are essentially infatuated with AI and that now it is everywhere around us – in every sphere of our lives, for performing even the most minimal tasks.
