Infosys has confirmed that it has completed the acquisition of Danske

In June Infosys shared a piece of information and said that they had signed a business deal with the Nordic-based Danske Bank. This deal is going to be a digital transformation deal and they also share that this deal is gonna be worth 454 million dollars and last for five years. 

As per the report, the deal includes the acquisition of the IT center in Bengaluru by the Bengaluru-located software exporter. This center has almost 1,400 employees currently working at the unit. 

The company also says that they are going to use an AI-first set of services, Infosys Topaz, solutions and platforms, fully experienced designs, and all those services that work for operations. 

The deal can even be extended for an additional three years to increase the Nordic-based bank’s digital transformation initiatives in accordance with the scale. In a press release, they say that this deal is going to prove itself as key to helping Danske Bank for better customer experiences and modernization of technology.
